Job Title: Clients Relations Officer
Locations: Aba, Onitsha, Owerri and Lagos
Key Responsibilities
- Inspection & Accreditation, Quality Assurance, Crisis Resolution, Casual Visitation, Education/Forums, Capitation Delivery, Handling Correspondences
- Marketing of health plans
- Provide secondary support to the call center as regards enrollee issues, authorization issues & other issues related to client relations
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to work with computer programs
Requirements
- MBBS, B.Pharm, single or double qualified Nurses (RN/RM/RPN etc)
Professional Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience (Experience in a Health Management Organization will be an added advantage)
