Job Description
The job description is as listed below:

• Ensuring the stores serve customers on a friendliest way;
• Aiming for sales maximization; ensuring an efficient goods flow, an accurate cash management and an accurate store administration;
• Taking care of the inventory and minimalizing good losses;
• Creating an environment for efficient store operations and cost optimization; training and developing store employees and coaching them for efficient store performances;
• Ensuring all business processes (Operations manual) are conducted accordingly.
• Working according to Brand Book.
• This all should lead to the highest possible customer flow and turnover, and at the end to store profitability.
• Candidate must be based in Oyo town or willing to relocate.
