Pentagon Real Estate Investment Limited is a privately owned company incorporated on 6th February 2007 with the objective of providing Real Estate services to individuals and corporate bodies. It commenced business shortly after incorporation and has its head office at Suite E68, Ikota Shopping Complex, VGC, Lekki Peninsula, Lagos State. The Company is managed by professionals with several years of training and experience both in Nigeria and abroad.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales and Marketing Executive

Locations: Ajah, Badagry-Agbara Axis and Mowe-Ofada Axis - Lagos
Job Title: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Develop effective and consistent lead generation strategies.
• Generate a pipeline of sales prospects.
• Close sales deals with potential customers already established.
• Build and maintain relationships with converted clients by providing after sales support.
• Walk with the customer until they receive the title deed.
• Support the Brand, Pentagon.
• Carry out other related tasks as might be required from time to time.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• A competent user of the Internet, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel
• At least 2 years’ experience working as a Marketer/Sales Executive, in the real estate sector
• Must have at least 2000 followers on social media pages.
• Must be ready to commence work immediately.
