Description

• We are seeking to appoint a highly effective Personal Assistant to provide and coordinate a comprehensive and professional administrative service for the Head of School.
• In this position, you should feel comfortable coordinating calendar appointments, managing communications, and planning events as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule calendar appointments
• Manage all incoming and outgoing communications
• Schedule travel
• Planning events

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• Ability to handle multiple tasks while staying organised

Qualities:

• An ability to be flexible and to use your own initiative is required.
• You should have considerable administrative experience and be able to communicate effectively, in both written and oral form, with a wide range of audiences.
• It is essential that you have excellent organisational skills as well as being experienced and confident in using ICT packages such as Microsoft and/ or Google.
• Experience in supervising staff is desirable but not essential.
