Job Title: Customer Success Officer

Location: Lekki Lagos,
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with assigned customers, help them with issues, and continually delight them with a positive, customer-centric attitude. Provide proactive strategy with their assigned customer accounts.
• Work with customers to ensure they are leveraging effectively and finding value in our services.
• Become an expert in communicating and educating customers on the use and benefits of our products
• Attend to customer issues in a timely, efficient, and knowledgeable manner.
• Manage customer relationship and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with Sales, Support, Billing, and other Technical teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience and take care of any customer issues.
• Assist customers with setting up and navigating programs or software.
• Promote value through customer experience.

Requirements

• First Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field with 2-3 years’ work experience in Customer Management.
• Experience in a Betting Industry will be an added advantage.
• Good Communication Skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Packages.
• Attention to detail.
• Relationship Management.
