We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Bilingual Communicator & Sales Officer

Location: Lagos
Job Level / Cadre: Officer

Job Objective

• To provide support to the Marketing team with regards to translation / Communication in French - English and vice versa for the implementation of marketing strategies.

Functions & Responsibilities

• Translate French documents to English and vice versa
• Write correspondence/documents in French as the case may be
• Support Marketing team in treating French related documents and French speaking clients
• Engage in New and Existing Client Relationship Management
• Deliver well-structured presentation to prospects introducing our solutions and services
• Periodic oral and virtual presentation to existing clients on our specific service offerings
• Ability to manage key accounts efficiently
• Carry out Effective Client Communication Management to both French and English speaking Clients.
• Give oral and written report on customer needs, challenges, competitive activities and potentials for new products and services
• Liaise with Technical team to Clarify client’s requirements.

Professional Requirements
Educational Qualifications:

• B.A in French or Linguistics with a specialization in French.
• Certification in French to determine proficiency in French will be an added advantage.

Work Experiences:

• Industry Background: 3 years cognate experience
• Fluency in Reading, Speaking and writing of French
• Translation of documents from French - English and English to French

Competencies and Capabilities:

• Ability to connect with people across teams & levels.
• Must be action oriented and ready to work at a very rapid pace.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with Interpersonal skills.
• Highly analytical skills.
• Ability to translate strategies into execution plans and take them to completion
• Ability to use Microsoft Office suite proficiently especially Ms. Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to learn fast the various solutions (technology) and services of the organization.
• Good Work Ethics.
• Business maturity and responsibility for entrusted tasks.

Personal Attributes and other requirements:

• Must be a fast learner, able to work independently and within a team
• Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
• Must be willing to combine the role of bilingual communicator and Sales Representative effectively
• Must understand the need for confidentiality and professionalism
• Must be willing to travel abroad (Togo, Benin Republic, etc.) for work purpose
