Job Description
- Reports directly to the CEO, the successful candidate will be responsible for retail Business Development
Duties and Responsibilities
- Direct and coordinate activities involving retail insurance business.
- Develop a clear strategy for the optimum performance of the retail business.
- Responsible for establishing and strengthening relationship with customers allotted banks and financial institutions.
- Covering leads generated from the allotted banks and other financial institutions.
- Direct selling of various insurance products.
- Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of retail sales efforts.
- Follow-up on leads of high net worth individuals
- High level relationship management.
Requirements
- B.Sc/HND from a reputable higher institution (minimum of 2:2)
- A minimum of 10 years retail sales experience in Banking and Finance institution, insurance or consumer goods business.
- Analytical skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including formal and informal presentation skills
- Professional membership of CII or CIIN will be an added advantage.
- Maximum age is 45
