Job Title: Human Resources Analyst

Job Description
- Reports directly to the Head, Corporate Services, the successful candidate will provide excellent support service in people management.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide support to supervisors and staff to develop the skills and capabilities of staff
- Monitor staff performance and attendance activities.
- Coordinate staff recruitment and selection process in order to ensure a timely organized and comprehensive procedure is used to hire staff.
- Perform other related duties as required
Requirements
The successful candidate must:
- Possess a minimum of 5 years relevant working experience.
- Possess a first Degree in a relevant discipline form a reputable university (2:2 minimum). A Masters degree or membership of relevant professional bodies would be an added advantage
- Be able to maintain confidentiality, use sound judgment and perform Independently while performing the duties
- Have proficient knowledge in HR management, learning and development and team building.
- Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Maximum age is 35 years
