Job Description
- Reporting to the CEO, the successful candidate will efficiently coordinate the activities of the entire Life Operations of the company.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Efficiently coordinate the Life business of the company
- Create a marketing strategy for the life business that will improve revenue generation by substantially.
- increasing the company's group and individual life portfolio and the company's market share in the public sector and broker's market.
- Provide an effective risk management framework for underwriting risks within the company’s risk appetite.
- Provide effective oversight of the management of life Insurance underwriting and claim risks
- Accountable for establishing and maintaining the appropriate reporting of underwriting and claims risk.
- Drive customer satisfaction and execute key company initiatives and strategies within a defined and targeted customer base.
Requirement
The successful candidate must possess the following:
- First degree in relevant discipline from a reputable university ( minimum of 2:2)
- Professional qualification, such as CII, CIIN is essential
- Minimum of 10 years' relevant experience with at least 5 in managerial capacity in a similar role, in an Insurance firm.
- Maximum age is 45 years
