Job Description
  • Registration of the distribution of all incoming mail after AGU’s visa
  • Distribution of the said mail.
  • Copies of documents coming from Management/Admin.
  • Binding of documents coming from Management/Admin.
  • Distribution of documents coming from Management/Admin
  • Preparation and transmission of mail to Lagos, Benin and Calabar.
  • Reception and distribution of mail coming from Lagos, Benin and Calabar.
  • Follow up on Sundry Expenses.
  • Follow up of cheques to designated places as may be directed.
  • Preparation and transmission of mail to Challenger.
  • Reception and distribution of mail coming from Head Quarter.
  • Handle other administrative functions as may be directed.
  • Registration, scan to concerned persons and filing of all incoming mail.
Requirements
  • Good degree in Administration or related field
  • Minimum 2 -4 years’ experience in travel documentation management and general administrative functions
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship management
  • Ability to use Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and the internet
  • Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively and solve problems
  • Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
  • Good physical health and fitness
  • Must possess leadership skills and ideas for the company’s development
