Job Description
- Registration of the distribution of all incoming mail after AGU’s visa
- Distribution of the said mail.
- Copies of documents coming from Management/Admin.
- Binding of documents coming from Management/Admin.
- Distribution of documents coming from Management/Admin
- Preparation and transmission of mail to Lagos, Benin and Calabar.
- Reception and distribution of mail coming from Lagos, Benin and Calabar.
- Follow up on Sundry Expenses.
- Follow up of cheques to designated places as may be directed.
- Preparation and transmission of mail to Challenger.
- Reception and distribution of mail coming from Head Quarter.
- Handle other administrative functions as may be directed.
- Registration, scan to concerned persons and filing of all incoming mail.
Requirements
- Good degree in Administration or related field
- Minimum 2 -4 years’ experience in travel documentation management and general administrative functions
- Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship management
- Ability to use Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and the internet
- Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively and solve problems
- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
- Good physical health and fitness
- Must possess leadership skills and ideas for the company’s development
