Job Description
- We are looking for a passionate & resourceful facility manager with a fast-paced, quick-service background to manage our busy facility day-to-day.
About this Role
- This role requires innovation, creativity, passion, resourcefulness & hard work. You will be working alongside a very creative & diverse team.
Responsibilities (Including & not limited to)
- Ensuring equipment is well maintained & in good working conditions for our 400+ daily orders (& growing)
- Researching & implementing things to make the facility efficient & sustainable
- Working with security & cleaners to ensure the environment is sanitary & ideal for work/ production.
- Ensuring security standards are met to keep the premsises safe
- Ensuring we mitigate for all risk including fire, water & other damage.
- To meet and exceed targets & KPIs
- Regular meetings with other senior management regarding facility improvements
- Effectively reduce facility expenses
Preferred Experience & Requirements
- Two (2) years+ of experience managing quick-service restaurant facilities is highly desirable.
- Innovative out-of-the-box thinker.
- Tech-savvy.
- Entrepreneurial mindset.
- People skills.
- Customer-orientated.
- Fluent English (written & oral).
