Qualification Requirements

• B.Sc. / HND qualification in Business Administration, Finance or relevant discipline.
• Possession of a higher degree(s), such as M.Sc, MBA, PMP is desirable
• Minimum of four (4) years’ focused relevant experience as a site/project supervisor in a furniture manufacturing company
• Strong strategic orientation, interpersonal
• Strong operational orientation.

Job Competency Requirements:

• Ability to implement and maintain the company installation strategy, to deliver the customer service objectives and work cross-functionally with the commercial business
• Ability to develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective installation and project completion.
• Ability to plan, organize , direct and run optimum day-to-day site installations to exceed our customers’ expectations
• Ability to organize workflows to meet specifications and deadlines and implement methodology to measure due date delivery performance
• Ability to oversee the pre-installation meeting to Implement strategies to reduce expenses and increase productivity across all client sites
• Ability to build strong rapport with the installation team through open communication, promote a positive, safe, productive and efficient work environment and conduct daily appraisals of team members to ensure excellent performance
• Review and recommend appropriate measures to control and minimize the waste level and review installation practices and equipment: make proposals for improvement to ensure that they are maximally effective.
