Job Title: Sales Executive

Job Summary
- The Sales Executive will be responsible for the marketing and sales of company lands and properties in Ogun State, Oyo State and Lagos State respectively.
Job Description
- Meeting with clients virtually or during sales visits
- Demonstrating and presenting products
- Establishing new business
- Maintaining accurate records
- Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings
- Reviewing sales performance
- Negotiating contracts and packages
- Working towards monthly or annual targets.
Requirements
- Minimum of OND qualification in a related field
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a real estate marketer or related experience
- Proven track record Marketing similar products
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Driven and goal oriented.
