We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Field Sales Executive

Locations: Abia, Delta and Port Harcourt - Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• We are looking for a competitive Field Sales executives to develop sales strategies and attract new clients.
• You will source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve quotas.
• You will also play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects and managing sales of products and services.

Job Responsibilities

• Adding value to customers by offering new value-added products, cost effective solutions, application guidance in coordination with application team.
• Adding new customers in the company’s folio.
• To achieve volume and value-based sales targets.
• To ensure attainment of company sales, goals and profitability in consultation with Business Head B2B.
• Manages sale of the company's products and services for B2B customers in defined geographical areas.
• Achieving year and year incremental, profitable growth in sales revenue through effective business development, account management, planning and execution of sales strategy.

Qualifications / Requirements

• HND / B.Sc / M.Sc in Food Technology, Science related or any business related program.
• 5 - 7 years relevance work experience in Sales, Marketing or Business Development In Manufacturing/Production Or FMCG sector is a must.
• Experience of working with at least one of the following; Spices, Seasonings, Marinades, Sauces, Breading & Batter, Meat Solutions is an added advantage.
• Experience in selling milling and baking products is a must.
• Target driven and result oriented.
• Excessive travelling is required for successful candidates.
• Candidate must have a smartphone.
