Job Title: Facility Manager
Location: Ibadan
Job Descriptions
- Reporting to the Senior Property Manager (Ibadan) and interfacing with all Departmental Heads and the Company.
- The Facility Manager will be responsible for all aspects of facilities management in line with the Groups policies.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for supervising multi-disciplinary team of staff including maintenance and ground workers.
- Day-to-day security, cleaning and maintenance and general administrative services.
- Assist in property acquisition/and/or letting.
- Planning and overseeing building work/renovation.
- Lease management.
- Allocating and managing space within buildings.
- Managing building maintenance activities.
- Ensuring all facilities meet Government regulations and environmental, health and safety standards.
- Advising on energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Regular repairs and renovation works on all properties.
- Project management and supervising/coordinating work of contractors.
- Any other lawful duty which may, from time to time, be assigned by Management.

- Technically competent.

- Interpersonal and communication skills.
- Procurement, contract management and negotiation skill.
- Enforcement of SLA with contractors.
- Excellent reporting skills.
- Proficiency in relevant IT packages.
- Good multi-discipline experience.
Qualifications and Experience
- B.Sc/HND in Estate Management/Facilities Management/Project Management or any related field
- Masters Degree in any of the above will be an added advantage
- Minimum of five (5) years experience in similar position.

The remuneration package attached to this position is attractive, within industry standard and negotiable.
