Job Description
- We are looking to employ for a period of 3-months an enthusiastic and smart HR intern to assist our HR department with administrative and HR-related tasks.
- The HR intern’s responsibilities include filing, scanning and dcoumenting HR documents accordingly.
- This is a 3-months contractual role.
Responsibilities
- Update company databases by inputting new employee contact information and employment details.
- Organize documents and file accordingly.
- Assist the HR Coordinator in planning HR Initiatives.
- Assist in the coordination of new hire orientations.
- Open to learning and acquiring knowledge on other HR-related matters.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or studying towards a Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- A strong interest in building a career in human Resources
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
- The ability to work as part of a team.
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Detail-oriented.
