Job Title: Retail Sales Agent

Location: Umuahia, Abia
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Attending to walk in customers in a timely manner.
• Upselling and crosselling of company products and services
• Resolve customer complaints and issues and send feedback report.
• Keep records of customer interactions, process cusomer accounts and file documents.

Requirements

• First Degree in any related discipline
• Applicaiton must have completed NYSC and not more than 30 years of age.
• Should have customer service experience.
• Good communication skills
• Proficiency in the usage of Microsoft Office suites.
• Ability to drive sales and achieve targets

Salary
N49,000 / Month.
