Job Summary
- We are currently looking to hire a young, vibrant, energetic, and presentable Admin / Operations Manager to help drive profitability for the business.
Job Description
- Preparing, organizing, and storing information in paper and digital form Dealing with queries on the phone and by email and Managing diaries.
- Scheduling meetings and booking rooms Arranging travel and accommodation,
- Ordering office supplies Maintaining office systems Liaising with suppliers and contractors Liaising with staff in other departments, e.g. finance, HR
- Represents the MD in meetings when absent.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- Master’s Degree is an added advantage
- 4-6 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
