We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Telesales Agent

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Duties and Responsibilities
Your duties shall include but are not be limited to the following:

• Place Marketing calls to prospective clients.
• Educate Clients on Company’s products and services
• Manage accounts, hit and exceed set targets relating to revenue growth and profit margin.
• Maintain a positive, proactive, and professional demeanor towards customers, colleagues, and management.
• Fill in the daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Manage existing client relationships to maximize value for the organization.
• Report to your line manager.
• Other responsibilities as assigned to you by the Management.

Requirements and Skills

• B.Sc / HND qualification in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, Advertising, or a related field is required.
• A minimum of 2 years work experience.
• A high level of energy, drive, enthusiasm, commitment, self-belief, and achievement orientation.
• Proven ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally.
• A good mix of analysis, problem identification, solving, and persuasion skills.

Salary
N50,000.00 per month.
