We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Senior Manager, Finance and Accounts

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Oversee the company's finance and accounting activities, including budgeting and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and address financial risks and opportunities for the company.
• Lead an efficient and effective financial support services team.
• Review financial performance to optimize cost and maximize revenue.
• Support the Top Management in the achievement of Corporate Goals and Targets.

Qualifications

• A good Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related fields.
• Membership of a professional accounting body i.e ICAN or ANAN
• Minimum of three years experience in a senior management position.
• Age limit – above 40 years
• Strong financial analytical skills and accounting background,
• Proficiency in accounting software
• Experience in corporate governance.
• Proven negotiation skills.
• Ability to understand new issues quickly and make wise decisions.
• Ability to inspire confidence and create trust.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and delegate.

Required Skills:

• The ideal candidate must have strong financial analytical skills and a portfolio of work which demonstrates prowess in Accounting and Finance.
• This candidate will have cognate experience in managing a finance function and working with different analysis and accounting platforms.
