We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: IT Business Analyst

Location: Nigeria

Responsibilities

• Maintain application software, enterprise services such as ERP, CRM, website, apps and portals
• Manage all IT projects for the asset management business and support the business in product development
• Respond to user requests for services, troubleshoot problems and help develop solutions.
• Manage user accounts, profiles, and permissions. Resolve login issues and audit databases.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology.
• 4+ years of experience in an IT role

Experience:

• Experience in project managing the deployment of business solutions
• Deep knowledge of business solutions and data operations
• Experience with programming and development of applications to support product delivery.
