We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Real Estate Private Equity Investment Associate

Location: Nigeria

Responsibilities

• Participate in the due diligence/ underwriting process on new potential investments
• Prepare investment committee memorandums and participate in investment committee presentations
• Develop financial models using appropriate tools
• Formulate recommendations and action plans for investments based on financial analysis.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification
• 3 to 4 years of full-time relevant experience in corporate finance, investment banking or private equity.
• Strong financial modeling skills and commercial judgement
• Strong entrepreneurial drive, great interpersonal skills and an ability to work effectively with culturally diverse teams.
