Job Title: Research & Development Associate

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

Job Description

• Research into real estate terrains, income traits, urbanization levels, investor saturation, brand placement/market share, and competitor activities.
• Manage feasibility studies for new projects, research market trends, and business opportunities. Compile information forManagement.
• Surveythe market toIdentifyand analyzethe design and construction needs of clients and opportunities for getting real estate projects.

Requirements

• Graduate with 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Proximity to Lekki / Eti-Osa axis
• Basic knowledge of Real Estate industry (preferable, but not required)
• Excellent computer skills including online surfing, Social Media, MS-Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational skills, time ma,nagement and attention to details
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivation and team spirit
• Ready to resume immediately
• Age: 25-35 years.

Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 / month.
