Job Title: Sales Account Manager
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Increase company bottom line through proactive business development and management.
- Display exceptional key account management skills in managing existing business and developing new businesses
- The successful candidate is expected to generate revenue opportunities across product and service lines
Responsibility & Task
- Identify and target opportunities across existing and new prospects
- Effectively utilize team members such as pre & post sales professionals to achieve business objectives
- Conduct consultative selling skills to top/senior executives to deliver results
- Partner with all Strategic Business Units to expand cross selling and up selling opportunities
- Responsible for Customer Relationship Management to achieve desired business volume and growth
- Key interface between customers, support team and OEM
- Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information or feedback gathered through field activity to the BDM
Desired Skills and Experience
Educational Qualification:
- B.Sc level qualification.
Required Skills:
- Ability to write reports
- Ability to create proposals
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong Communication skills
- Knowledge of Computer Hardware
- ICT Team player
Years of experience:
- Four years experience in selling complex IT solution to top level executives and line of business
