Job Description

• We are currently looking to employ Open Market Sales Representatives to cover the following markets within Abuja - Wuse Market, Kubwa Market, Utako Modern Market, Karmo Market, Garki Market, Gudu Market, Deidei Market, Kado Market, Maraba Market, Karu Market, Kabusa Market, etc.

Responsibilities

• Ensure achievement of the monthly sales target within assigned open market.
• Achieve sales volume objectives and desired productivity measures.
• Pre-sell total portfolio in the right quantity within assigned market.
• Ensure that pre-sold orders are fully delivered in time by Van Delivery Rep (VDR) or stocked in the market drop points.
• Merchandises the products at the outlets based on the sales fundamentals to ensure a proper visibility inside the store.
• Take proper records of customers to ensure weekly update of customer information on the database.
• Maintain good relations with current and potential clients and develop the best means to meet their demands
• Ensure that receivable collection is within the agreed payment terms in order to sustain company's cash flow levels.
• Meeting or exceeding weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales quotas.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of OND / B.Sc. / HND.
• Possess 1 - 4 years of open markets sales experience, preferably in the FMCG distribution sector within Abuja.
• Experience selling to retailers, Wholesalers and Sub Distributors in the FMCG Sector is mandatory.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong Interpersonal Relationship Skills.
• Age between 22-35 years old.

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 / month.
