Job Brief
- We are looking for a chef who is creative and proficient in all aspects of food production.
Job Description
- Ensure kitchen runs optimally and all meals are satisfactory.
- Staying current on developing trends in the healthy food industry.
- Maintaining the kitchen and surrounding areas in conditions that meet the company standards and health code regulations.
- Hiring, training and supervising kitchen staff.
- Assisting and directing kitchen staff in meal preparation, creation, plating and packaging.
- Preparing meals and completing prep support as needed.
Job Requirements
- Candidates should possess an OND qualification.
- Minimum of 5 years work experience.
- Proven track record of excellent culinary skills.
- Ability to develop and make a wide variety of meals (including baked goods)
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver within right deadlines.
Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 monthly
