Job Description

  • The Partnership 4 Advocacy in Child and Family Health Project is seeking a highly motivated, energetic and creative program manager to have overall responsibility for the delivery and success of project activities to be implemented by consortium of high performing indigenous Nigerian CSOs.
  • The Project Director will coordinate and give strategic leadership to the project which aims to increase commitment of government to meet the obligations in child and family health and increasing the capacity of CSOs to work together to advocate for the fulfillment of child and family health commitments.
Desired Skills, Experience and Qualifications
  • The ideal candidate must have 5-8+ years demonstrated Technical expertise and significant experience with child and family health and development.
  • 5-8+ years prior experience coordinating donor funded voice and accountability programs in public health and knowledge of project management methodology.
  • Excellent written and oral proficiency in English, and verbal communication skills in one or more local Nigerian languages as well as strong analytical report writing skills using modem concise formats.
  • Extensive experience with civil society capacity training design, delivery, and facilitation.
  • Post-graduate degree in Public Health, Health Economics, Law, Development Management or a related field invoice and accountability.
Remuneration
  • Candidate will be engaged through a renewable annual contract over 3 year life of the project. There will be a 3-6 month probationary/consultancy period. Package is competitive. suitable for residing in FCT.
