Job Title: Account Executive
Location: Abuja (FCT) / Uyo - Akwa Ibom / Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Present and demonstarte the value of the Company's product & services to prospective clients
- Upsell and cross-sell to existing clients
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Resolve clients issues and enquiries
- Follow up with clients regularly to ensure needs are met and identify new opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
- Maintain a database of clients, prospects and vendors
- Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
- Close sales and hit sales target
Requirement and Skills
- B.Sc / HND in Business, Marketing or a related field
- Proven working experience in related field
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences
