Job Title: Restaurant Manager (Operations)
Location: Lagos

Responsibilities
- Supervise all restaurant activities to ensure compliance to all NOK operations standards to increase sales and reduce labor costs
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
- Conduct market research and identify new opportunities
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the restaurant team
- Present sales, revenue and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction /retention
Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality or any relevant field.
- 3-5 years experience with a reputable Hospitality Management brand in an operations capacity
- Professional certifications would be an added advantage
Salary
N350,000 - N400,000 Monthly.
