• Candidate must have a minimum of B.Sc. Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Culinary Schooling or a relevant field of study. 
• Minimum of 4 years work experience as an Operations Manager in a restaurant.
• Must have Management skills and experience in both front and back end operations.
