Job Description
The desired candidate must be able to:
- Design digital media campaigns aligned with business goals
- Manage end-to-end digital projects
- Establish brand online presence to boost awareness and visibility
- Maintain a strong online company voice through social media
- Suggest and implement direct marketing methods to increase profitability
- Stay up-to-date with digital media developments
- Train Partners on Digital Marketing
- Conduct and interpret market research and customer surveys; extracting insights to develop winning communications strategies.
- Implement communications strategies that effectively build brand awareness, visibility, drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Create and deploy internal communications initiatives that foster employee morale.
- Monitor competitive environment and recommend appropriate strategies to stay ahead.
- Prepare detailed monthly communications and media activity reports and draw insight from campaign results for a continuous improvement plan.
- Monitor ROI and KPIs.
Requirements
- HND / BSc / B.A with a minimum of 2 years of working experience in a similar role.
- Google Adwords & PPC, SEO & SEM
- Email Marketing & Newsletters:
- Social Paid Advertising
- Design skill is an added advantage (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Corel Draw, Canva).
- Not more than 30 years old.
