Job description
The responsibilities will include:
- Overall responsibility for ensuring that order booking and other sales targets for the region are achieved
- Ensure customer satisfaction is high
- Responsible for ensuring collections and payments throughout the region
- Develop new business and maintain existing relationships
Desired Skills and Experience
- 8-10+ years experience of sales management / account management
- Min 3 years in Managerial/Team Leadership position
- Expert domain knowledge of VAS / Telecom Products
- Experience working on RFPs and preparing commercial proposals
- Excellent client relationship management skills
- Existing industry contacts
