Job Description

• An investment company is looking for result oriented committed individuals to join our sales team.
• You will develop & execute key sales growth strategies that will expand customers’ base and increase sales to grow the revenue base of the organization.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Source for new investors and expand portfolios from new and existing clients;
• Develop a strong pipelines of good quality investment opportunities;
• Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers;
• Initiate strategies to sort for investors and increase the Company’s revenue and brand value;
• Conduct market research, surveys, and competition analysis to identify customers’ requirements, evaluate trends, brand awareness, and competition ventures;
• Keep abreast with new market initiatives/ trends and advise management accordingly;
• Support the management in negotiations and product enhancement;
• Oversee business relationships and partnerships through direct meetings with customers/investors;
• Collaborate with the Management, Heads of Departments, and all team members to execute business plans;
• Develop quotes and proposals for the project and/or investment plans;
• Identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, products and services;
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships;
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction;
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within scheduled time;
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends;
• Any other task as assigned.

Qualifications / Experience

• B.Sc or HND in Marketing, Social Science, Humanities, or other related qualification.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar position.

Remuneration
N200, 000.00 - N350, 000.00 plus commission.
