Job Title: Human Resources Intern

Description

• We are looking to recruit an HR intern with experience with content writing, digital marketing, and recruitment.
• The potential candidate’s major functions include: posting jobs, writing HR content, and producing marketable content for social media to sell the company’s offerings.
• The HR consulting firm is looking to hire an agile Human Resource Intern in Lekki Lagos to meet expectations that will in return increase profits.

Job Responsibilities

• Writing job descriptions to fit the client's requirements.
• Posting job vacancies on various job portals including social media.
• Sourcing for qualified candidates to fill the role.
• Verifying guarantors on potential candidates.
• Visiting the guarantors to verify validity.
• Conducting onboarding of staff.
• Creating error-free human resource articles to share across social media platforms.
• Designing and producing engaging graphics to sell the company’s offerings.

Job Requirements

• B.Sc in Human Resource Management is a plus
• At least 2 years of previous working experience.
• Experience in recruitment, social media, and content writing.
• Proofof human resource certification.
• Ability to use Canva to design graphics.

Salary
N50,000 - N80,000 Monthly.
