Job Title: Restaurant Accountant

Job Description
- Abiding by all company procedures and accounting principles.
- Respondappropriately to vendor, client, and internal accounting requests.
- EnsureAccounting Department runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Maintaina database, ensuring that records are accurate, complete and current.
- Recordinformation, processing, and filing forms.
- Preparecheques, deposits, budgets, and banking financial reports.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly operations report, including monthly P & L statement
- Monitor all operations stock and daily stock control
- Updateledgers, researching, and resolving discrepancies.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND qualification with 2 - 5 years work experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Comprehensive knowledge of accounting procedures and principles.
- Ethical behavior when dealing with sensitive financial information.
- High level of accuracy and efficiency.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Courteous, professional manner, strong customer service skills.
- Computer literacy and strong typing skills, experience with accounting software may be required.
- Attention to detail.
- Willingness to comply with all company, local, state, and federal financial regulations.or Restaurant
- Hotel or Restaurant Accounting experience will be an added advantage
