Job Description
- The Operations Assistant role at Steer73 will be an exciting role for someone who wants to work as part of a busy team, who focuses on the success of the business.
- The Operations team, at Steer73, is in a phase of growth. Anyone joining this team has plenty of opportunities to succeed and see a multitude of operational tasks that are cross-functional.
- In this role, you will enjoy managing changing priorities, working at a fast pace, working with all levels of the company, managing the most urgent and the most mundane tasks, as wells as everything in-between, you will be discreet, sensitive, and have an awareness of what it makes to achieve operational effectiveness.
Duties
You will have the following responsibilities:
- Supporting the COO and Operations team in their daily tasks.
- Helping to manage internal company meetings and communications.
- Providing administration support across the business.
- Supporting the Operations team with the roll-out and enforcement of company policies and standards.
- Helping to run the People Management Tool and helping to ensure that all data and documentation entered is accurate and up to date.
- Helping to drive our talent process: Sourcing great candidates, conducting screening calls and coordinating interviews, advertising roles, liaising with hiring teams and supporting candidates through our process.
- Supporting our IT function in areas that crossover between IT and Operations.
Requirements
- There is no requirement for previous operations experience.
- All we require is a proactive and positive attitude.
