Job Title: Sales Representative

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Identify decision-makers within targeted leads to begin the sales process
• Create and deliver qualified opportunities to Account Managers where appropriate
• Where necessary, support marketing efforts such as trade shows, exhibits, and other events
• Ensure follow-up by passing leads to Account Managers with calls-to-action, dates, complete profile information, sources
• Make outbound follow-ups to existing customers via telephone and e-mail cross-sell and up-sell
• Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues
• Analyze customer designs and offer suggestions that will improve printability, reduce cost of artwork, and reduce cost of printed material
• Assist customer/agency with label placement and label sizing
• Provide guidance to customers/agencies on combinability to minimize costs
• Provide customers and their art agencies with SAFC art specifications and other technical information (such as templates, direction of print, ) needed to set-up artwork for printed material.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with at least 3 years relevant work experience.

Salary

• N60,000 - N100,000 Monthly.
