Job Title: Cosmetic Marketing / Sales Manager

Location: Lagos

Job Description

• To develop Products and markets in assigned location, negotiate prices and other terms of payment and terms of trade.
• Deliver monthly Sales targets, collection plan targets and execution of sales plan for the assigned territory
• Making sure all company's SKU's are available and visible across assign region/territory
• Monitor and report competitor's activities.
• Constantly submitting weekly and monthly road map / sales plan.
• Identify strong dealers and convert them to key distributors. Developing Strategies' and tactics to boost the company's reputation and drive qualified sales and traffic in line with company's vision
• Conduct monthly training for marketing personnel under his/her supervision.

Primary Duty

• To coordinate sales accross Nigeria.

Requirements

• HND or B.Sc degree in Marketing or any other related degrees in relevant fields (MBA is an added advantage).
• At least 5 - 10 years' experience in sales / marketing
• The ideal candidate must have a proven record of success in selling cosmetics and plastic products, with recognised Key Distributors in assigned territories as evidence.
• Candidate must be highly skilled, adaptable and reliable and good
• working in a team. The Ideal candidate must have leadership experience. The ideal candidate must be familiar with Market analysis and research, product and service promotion, and anticipation of customer behaviour.
