- Creating and implementing strategies with senior management..
- Implementing effective processes and standards.
- Managing customer service and ensuring customer retention.
- Overseeing compliance with regulations.
- Reporting on operational progress.
- Facilitating beneficial collaborative relations
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience as a head of operations
- Knowledge of business functions.
- Excellent organizational and leadership qualities.
- A strategic thinker.
- Good communication/Presentation skill.
- Maximum Team management ability.
Salary
N120,000 - N150,000 monthly.
