We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Logistics Call Centre Executive

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Receive Request And Delivery Plan from SALES CRM
• Check Scope of Delivery ( Online / Whole Sale /Transfer /Port/Haulage ) On Highlight Priority
• Open Case on AX
• Receive Update from Logistics Fleet Officer on the status Of Job
• Update Sales CRM on status of the Orders
• Receives Request for Haulage Transport
• Create Quotation and send to Logistics Manager for approval
• Send Quotation to Client for approval
• Get Logistics Manager final Approval for Final Quotation
• Send to Credit control to confirm SO
• Receive Calls from Requester for Update and Give feed back to requester on all Orders
• Escalate to Request any delays in loading based on Update from Planning Unit.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with 2 - 3 years of work experience.
