Our line of frozen products has expanded to include the finest quality of chicken, potatoes, cheese, vegetables, seafood, and ice cream products in the market.

Job Description

• Inputting maintenance work data into the computer/system
• Assisting in vendors management;
• Following up with the procurement of maintenance items;
• Preparing daily maintenance attendance of the staff
• Coordination of Maintenance reports; create, revise, and format correspondence, and spreadsheets
• Handle preparation of internal and external correspondence (with different Suppliers, Contractors)
• Meet regularly with HOD Maintenance & construction regarding support for office and to provide updates.
• Facilitate housekeeping audits for Maintenance Department.
• Carry out other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements

• First Degree preferably in Engineering discipline
• 5 years of relevant experience
• Extended Multi-tasking competency and the ability to work reliably with short response times in a fast-paced global network environment
• Solid computer skills with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio, SharePoint)
• Willingness and ability to learn new tasks and tools
• Solid communication (oral/written) and intercultural skills
• Ability to react flexibly to changes of work scope and a highly developed sense of priorities.
