Job Title: Sales Executive - Retail / Customer Service Representative

Location: Delta / Benin - Edo / Rivers / Anambra / Imo

Job Description

• Get potential customers for and Mobilize deposit and fixed deposit Identify and understand the need of the Customer. Sell the company products proactively to new / prospective customers.
• Identify Eligible customers for loan disbursement
• Ensure timely submission of daily sales activity reports to Line Manager.
• Participate in weekly / monthly sales performance review meetings.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, budget achievements and cross-sell referrals.
• Cross-sell all company products to Customer.
• Ensure accuracy of all company forms and documents executed by the Customer. participate in market storm and loan drive
• Ensure timely processing of all initiated Customer transactions, with specific emphasis on account opening
• Ensure customer meets set criteria before loan disbursement
• Ensure a strict KYC on customer before presenting for loan eligibility
• Ensure assigned sales target and budgets are met.
• Participate in tactical sales / marketing activities.
• Ensure all customers queries and inquiry are met on a timely bases.
• Provide customers with product details and features Selling and marketing of consumer and retail products Maintaining good customer relationship with old and new customers.

Requirements

• OND / HND / Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Equivalent
• Experience in same field Proven working sales experience- 2 years and above.
• Must goal and target oriented The ability to retain important information
• Must have a passion to learn and grow.
• Aggressive and passionate Sales person Good Telephone skill Must have worked in a Microfinance / Banking Institutions
• Must live within Job location
• Excellent networking skills.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Good knowledge of the Banking / Microfinance / Lending Institution
• Good knowledge of the usage of computer Time management and strong interpersonal skills Personal motivation, passion and goal getter.
• Candidate should reside within Location.
• At least 1 year experience as a sales representative - Retail / Customer Service.
• Good interpersonal skills and fluent in English.

Remuneration
N90,000 - N175,000 Monthly.
