Gresyndale Legal, a law firm of over 10 years of existence, is currently recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: Associate - Corporate Commercial

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Supervising paralegals or legal assistants from time to time
• Drafting, review and negotiation of a wide range of contracts and other legal documents including service agreements, master agreements, financing agreements, joint venture agreements, shareholder agreements, property documents and other general commercial contracts;
• Due diligence searches;
• Advising on business structuring and restructuring, Joint Ventures and other partnership arrangements;
• Protect the Clients against legal risks and violations.
• Negotiate deals on behalf of Clients.
• Company registration
• Trademark registration

Requirements

• B.L, LL.B, LL.M
• Minimum of 2 years post-call experience

Remuneration
N120,000 - N150,000 Monthly.
