Job Description

• We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Sales Trainer to join our sales team. For this position, you will work closely with the sales team to help them identify the various challenges they face and recommend suggestions on how they can improve their level of productivity.
• Essentially, you are expected to deploy the necessary techniques to ensure the sales team achieves their respective goals.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new sales people.
• Conduct skill gap analyses and deploy the necessary training required.
• Monitor sales team goals and objectives.
• Coordinate individual sales team performance review sessions to identify their strengths and weaknesses.
• Maintain records of training materials.
• Collaborate with external trainers and industry professionals to organize seminars for the sales team.
• Provide reports on the impact of the training and the sales achieved as a result of this training.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree / HND in related fields.
• 1 - 5 years work experience.
• Proven work experience as a Sales Trainer or similar position.
• Excellent communications and presentation skills.
• Impeccable organizational skills.
• Ability to be able to manage and train the sales team effectively.
• Decision-making and problem-solving skills.

Salary
N80,000 monthly
