Job Description
- Preparing accounts and tax returns
- Monitoring spending and budgets
- Auditing and analyzing financial performance
- Financial forecasting and risk analysis
- Advising on how to reduce costs and increase profits
- Compiling and presenting financial and budget reports
- Ensure that financial statements and records comply with laws and regulations
- Keeping account books and systems up to date.
- Carrying out regular bank account reconciliations
Qualification / Requirements
- Must have B.Sc or its equivalent as educational qualification
- 1 - 2 years work experience
- Experience in the real estate sector as an Accountant
- Should have or be pursuing other accounting certifications
- Should have some understanding of finance and be able to provide some advisory as regards the company’s finances
- Should be able to prepare accounts and tax returns
- Should be able to ensure financial records comply with laws and regulations.
- Age: 25 - 37 years.
Remuneration
N100,000 Monthly.
