Job Summary

• We are a Real Estate firm seeking to hire a Sales & Client Relationship Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Achieving growth and hitting sales targets
• Design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence.
• Develop and maintain excellent relationships with the clients.
• Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters.
• Coordinate property closings, overseeing the signing of documents and disbursement of funds.
• Preparation and submission of weekly and monthly reports.
• Updating the clients weekly.
• Remaining knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
• Perform other duties as assigned by the MD and/or Chairman.

Requirements

• Must possess a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
• Applicant must have at least 5 years of work experience in the Real Estate or Banking Sector
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Background in customer service is necessary
• Must be computer literate, with proficiency in MS Office Tools
• Must have a customer-oriented attitude
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Problem-solving aptitude
• Ability to work well with a team
• Must reside in Abuja, with a vast network.
