We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Telesales Representative

Location: Lagos

Overview

  • Join a fun, competitive sales and telemarketing team. We are looking for individuals that are focused and looking for stable long term growth. We are looking for individuals with a minimum 3-years Inside Sales / Telemarketing Experience. Individuals must know how to achieve results and be goal driven.
  • You will be reach out to existing and potential customers to present our product/service offering to book meetings with our sales team.
  • You will develop Call Scripts for campaigns in alignment to the campaign strategy, go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
  • If you are a self-starter who is motivated and able to work without direct supervision and you have minimum 3 years experience selling into or working in the IT industry, please apply.

Job Description

  • The Tranter Group consists of six companies that are industry leaders in IT Services, Construction and Renovation, Health and hospitality. As we work in highly competitive markets, our client base consists of top organizations across industries in Nigeria including 75% of the commercial banks in Nigeria.
  • As a telesales Representative, you will be responsible in generating leads, enquiries and sales over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
  • An effective telesales representative must be an excellent communicator, superior people skills as well as sales ability. They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.
  • The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.

Success Factors:

  • Ability to express oneself clearly and effectively in oral and written form and by phone.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, management, vendors and customers as necessary.
  • Ability to work quickly and remain focused on one task for an extended period of time.

Salary
N130,000 Monthly net.
