Job Title: Restaurant Kitchen Accountant

Job Description
- Ensure proper and accurate food portioning, costing, documentation and stock taking.
- Shipping produced items from Kitchen to dispatch on Application software daily.
- Monitoring the receipt of Transfer Order raised by head chef.
- Posting and preparing Kitchen loss and Product Variance Report
- Balancing of store, Kitchen and dispatch inventory daily and accurately
- Investigate the cause of high variance (if any) before reporting to the Superior/Manager.
- Escalate any abnormality or abuse of customer products by kitchen staff.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience
- Minimum qualification for this position is OND.
- Must be computer literate
- Conversant with excel application
- Must be good in calculations
- Well composed and articulate
- Must have eyes for details.
- Ideal candidates must reside around Lekki or willing to relocate.
