Job Description

• We are recruiting an experienced Dispatch Supervisor to manage our logistics team.
• The ideal candidate shall be responsible for the daily management of our riders including third party.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee or lead employees working at all level of dispatch.
• Ensure food is delivered in a timely manner and also research for modern ways of making delivery more efficient.
• Handle all related activities of dispatch as needed like hiring, training, performance appraisals and terminations etc.
• Manage development, research as well as reconcile departmental reports.
• Manage workflow and quota calendars of third party contractors.
• Maintain a pool of riders and track movement of bikes on daily basis.
• Maintain contact with licensing agencies and ensure all papers are duely updated as at when due.
• Ensure applicable company policies are adhered to by the riders..
• Prepare individual as well as departmental training plans.
• Ensure reports are prepared and submitted in accordance with company operating procedures.
• Ensure all logistics staff adhere to approved company dress-code.
• Resolve complaints from customers and other departments with the organization.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 3 years work experience.
