Job Title: Commercial Design Architect

Job Description

• We are looking for an experienced commercial design architect to conceptualize, plan and develop 3D renditions designs for the construction and renovation of commercial, institutional, and residential buildings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Architecture and Design teams to produce renders, graphics, illustrations, and presentation materials that visually communicate design intent, concepts, and design options
• Build and develop 3D models of entire buildings and spaces to study materiality, spatial quality, details, and overall design of projects from sketches and CAD files
• Build 3D models of RH furniture and home accessories products
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with great attention to detail, simultaneously juggling multiple projects under tight deadlines
• Proactively identify opportunities or challenges within the scope of developments and actively finds solutions.

Required Qualities

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's / Master's Degree with at least 5 years relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in 3D StudioMax, AutoCAD, Photoshop and VRay/Corona
• Knowledge of Revit / Enscape / 3D Microstation
• The ability to understand and interpret architectural drawings, models and concepts
• The ability to achieve high-quality outputs in a variety of media
• Strong technical knowledge on the production of images and Illustrations
• A keen eye for detail, composition and visual narrative.
